08:48 AM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Roper Technologies ( ROP ) said Monday it has reached an agreement to acquire CentralReach from Insight Partners for roughly $1.65 billion, including a $200 million tax benefit.

The deal is expected to close in April or May, and CentralReach is expected to contribute about $175 million in revenue and $75 million EBITDA for the 12 months ending June 30, 2026, Roper said.
