05:22 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rumble (RUM) said Monday it reached agreements with Tether that include an initial commitment by Tether to buy up to $150 million of GPU services over two years and a separate $100 million advertising payment commitment.
The GPU deal would give Tether access to high-performance computing to support its artificial intelligence projects using Rumble's content library and Northern Data's GPU clusters, and will only take effect if Rumble completes its planned exchange offer for Northern Data, the company said.
The advertising commitment represents $50 million per year over a two-year period, starting in Q1, Rumble said.
The company's shares were up nearly 17% in recent premarket activity.
