Russia's Nornickel says financial stability is priority, not dividends

MOSCOW, March 29 (Reuters) - Russian metals producer

Nornickel GMKN.MM, the world's largest producer of refined

nickel and palladium, said on Friday that financial stability

of the company was more important then dividends but

shareholders had the final say on the matter.
