09:25 AM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Safety Shot ( SHOT ) said Friday it has received a notice of allowance for a US patent covering a new formula in its portfolio of blood alcohol content reduction formulations.

The patent "further separates us from the pack as the only the group that has been able prove that Safety's Shot revolutionary formula can dramatically reduce blood alcohol and reduce the build-up toxins associated with alcohol consumption rapidly," Safety Shot ( SHOT ) Chief Operating Officer David Sandler said.

Shares were 0.3% higher in recent premarket trading.
