06:29 AM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sage Potash ( SGPTF ) over the weekend said it has closed a non-brokered private placement of 1.4 million common shares at $0.20 apiece for gross proceeds of $280,000.

The company noted that the offering is not related to a previously announced private placement and that none of the proceeds of the offering are being used toward the equipment purchase described in the private placement announcement.

The offering's proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.
