11:50 AM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce ( CRM ) will likely top consensus views when it reports fiscal Q4 results next week, with the cloud-based enterprise software firm expected to turn in another strong quarter and outlook, analysts at Wedbush said Tuesday in a research note.
The current Wall Street consensus for Salesforce ( CRM ) to post Q4 earnings of $2.61 per share on revenue of $10.04 billion is probably "conservative," the Wedbush analysts said. They see the company becoming a "clear second derivative beneficiary of the AI revolution," which could boost its share price by around $80 over the next 12 to 18 months as corporate clients adopt artificial intelligence into their businesses.
It appears customers have quickly embraced Salesforce's ( CRM ) Agentforce 2.0 digital labor platform since its December market rollout, with the company's existing installed base presenting a "major land grab opportunity that could significantly benefit CRM over the coming years," Wedbush said.
Salesforce ( CRM ) similarly has been busy adapting AI applications into its broader product offerings, likely portending several major collaboration deals in the near future, according to the Wedbush analysts, who reiterated their outperform stock rating and a $425 price target for its shares, representing a multiple of around 27 times projected earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization.
