09:21 AM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce ( CRM ) said Monday it plans to invest $15 billion in San Francisco over the next five years to support a new artificial intelligence incubator hub on its campus there.
The company said the investment will also go toward workforce development and training and help companies transform into Agentic Enterprises, which see AI agents and human employees work together.
Separately, Salesforce ( CRM ) said its Agentforce 360 platform to connect humans, artificial intelligence agents and date, is now available globally. The company rolled out the first version of Agentforce last October.
