Sandisk Launches Secondary Offering of $3.09 Billion Shares

05:39 PM EST, 02/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sandisk ( SNDK ) said late Tuesday it launched a secondary public offering of $3.09 billion of its common stock owned by its former parent company, Western Digital ( WDC ) .

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
