04:44 PM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sandstorm Gold ( SAND ) , a precious metals-focused company at 52 week highs in both Canada and the United States, after trade Monday said that its board has declared a third-quarter cash dividend of C$0.02 per common share payable October 7, 2025, to shareholders of record at market close on September 26, 2025.

The dividend has remained unchanged from the second quarter.

Earlier Monday, Sandstorm announced the filing and mailing of materials for the special meeting of shareholders to approve a proposed plan of arrangement with Royal Gold on October 9, 2025.

Shares of Sandstorm Gold ( SAND ) were last seen up $0.39, or 2.39%, to $16.72 on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and posted a 52 week high of $16.78.
