11:14 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sangamo Therapeutics ( SGMO ) said that Prathyusha Duraibabu resigned as chief financial officer, effective Oct. 1, to assume a senior leadership position with a privatgely held artificial-intelligence company.

Duraibabu will transition to part-time status on Oct. 1 and continue serving as interim principal financial officer pending her successor's appointment, the company said Thursday in a regulatory filing.
