Sept 24 (Reuters) - Sanofi has received two

separate bids, which could be worth 15 billion euros ($16.74

billion) or more, for its consumer health unit from private

equity firms Clayton Dubilier & Rice and PAI Partners, Bloomberg

News reported on Tuesday.
