08:09 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Santacruz Silver Mining ( SCZMF ) , which lost 5% last Friday, said it appointed Andres Bedregal, who has served as its interim Chief Financial Officer since Oct. 15, 2024, as its CFO, effective immediately.

The company, on Monday, added that Bedregal is also the current CFO for Sinchi Wayra S.A., a wholly-owned unit of Santacruz.

Shares of the company closed down $0.05 to $0.93 on Friday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
