Santander Brasil's net profit rises 9.8% in Q2

SAO PAULO (Reuters) -Banco Santander Brasil ( BSBR ) on Wednesday reported a second-quarter net profit of 3.66 billion reais ($656.61 million), up 9.8% from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by LSEG expected net income to come in at 3.73 billion reais.

($1 = 5.5741 reais)
