08:44 AM EDT, 03/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SAP (SAP) has agreed to acquire Reltio, a master data management software provider, for an undisclosed sum, the companies said Friday.

The acquisition will boost SAP's Business Data Cloud and accelerate its evolution to a fully interoperable enterprise data platform for agentic artificial intelligence, the companies said.

The deal is expected to close in Q2 or Q3, they said.

SAP shares were down 1.3% in Friday's premarket activity.
