Saratoga Investment Prices $100 Million Public Offering of Unsecured Notes

09:07 AM EST, 01/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saratoga Investment ( SAR ) said Friday it priced an underwritten public offering of $100 million of 7.50% unsecured notes due 2031.

The notes will bear interest at a rate of 7.50% per year, payable quarterly starting May 31. They are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and to trade within 30 days of the original issue date under the trading symbol "SAV," the company said.

Saratoga said it has granted the underwriters an overallotment option of up to an additional $15 million of notes.

The offering is expected to close on Feb. 6, the company said.
