07:36 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sasol ( SSL ) said Monday it has named Muriel Dube chair of the company's board, effective last Friday.

Dube, who has been an independent non-executive director at Sasol ( SSL ) since 2018, is also a non-executive director at the UK Infrastructure Bank.

The company also named Martina Floel as lead independent director to succeed Dube.
