10:13 AM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Satellogic ( SATL ) said Wednesday it will supply a high-resolution satellite and transfer-related technology as part of Malaysia's national Earth observation satellite initiative.

The company said Malaysia-based energy and technology firm Uzma Berhad was awarded the contract to lead the Malaysian High-Resolution Earth Observation Satellite Project. Satellogic ( SATL ), as Uzma's technology partner, will deliver a satellite capable of 50-centimeter resolution and support technology transfer involving local personnel.

Final integration and testing will take place in Malaysia, Satellogic ( SATL ) said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Shares of Satellogic ( SATL ) were up 1.4% in recent trading.
