04:20 AM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Savers Value Village ( SVV ) said late Wednesday a secondary public offering of 15 million shares of its common stock has been priced at $9.25 per share.

The offering by Ares Management Private Equity and Opportunistic Credit funds and accounts, and the chief executive of Savers Value, is expected to close Friday, the company said.

The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to about 2.3 million additional shares, the company said.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

As part of the offering, Savers Value will purchase $20 million worth of shares using cash on hand, it said.
