HOUSTON, March 12 (Reuters) - A scaffolding collapse on

Wednesday at Chevron Corp's ( CVX ) Pasadena, Texas, refinery

injured three workers, people familiar with plant operations

said.

One of the three contract workers was flown by helicopter to

a Houston-area hospital due to the severity of injuries

sustained, the people said.
