11:10 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ScanTech AI Systems ( STAI ) said Friday it agreed to an equity line of credit of up to $50 million with ARC Group International.

The equity line of credit is expected to provide the company with capital to fund research and development and commercialization of its Sentinel artificial intelligence threat detection platform. It will also help the company make progress toward regaining Nasdaq compliance, ScanTech AI Systems ( STAI ) said.

ARC Group International has also agreed to an initial $500,000 private investment in public equity, ScanTech AI Systems ( STAI ) said.

Shares of the company were up 44% in recent Friday trading.
