Seagate Technology Holdings Unit Prices $400 Million in 2030 Senior Notes Offering

05:41 PM EDT, 05/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Seagate Technology Holdings ( STX ) unit Seagate Data Storage Technology priced a $400 million private offering of senior notes due 2030, carrying an annual interest rate of 5.875%.

The offering is expected to close around May 27, the company said Monday in a statement.

The company plans to use the net proceeds to redeem outstanding 2027 senior notes.
