04:56 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sealed Air ( SEE ) said late Monday it appointed Kristen Actis-Grande chief financial officer, effective Aug. 25.

Actis-Grande previously served as CFO of MSC Industrial Supply, the company said.

She will succeed interim CFO Veronika Johnson, who will continue as chief accounting officer and assist with the transition, the company said.

Shares of the company were up about 2% in Tuesday premarket activity.
