05:37 PM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sealed Air ( SEE ) appointed Patrick Kivits as chief executive officer, effective July 1.

Kivits, 56, currently serves as president of corrugated packaging at WestRock ( WRK ) , Sealed Air ( SEE ) said Thursday in a regulatory filing.

Sealed Air ( SEE ) said interim co-CEOs Emile Chammas and Dustin Semach will remain with the company. Chammas will be chief operating officer, and Semach was named chief financial officer.
