08:48 AM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Consumer stocks were mixed pre-bell Friday with the Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLP) marginally lower and the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLY) recently up 0.4%.

Real Good Food ( RGF ) shares rose past 26% after the company said it entered into an agreement with Emblem Investments Fund I for a new term loan of $60 million and amended its financing with PMC Financial Services Group.
