Redbook US same-store sales rose by 5.3% from a year earlier in the week ended Sept. 28 after a 4.4% year-over-year increase in the previous week.
In corporate news, Sony's ( SONY ) music label will buy the rights to Pink Floyd's music for $400 million, the Financial Times reported. Sony ( SONY ) shares added 0.5%.
