Village Farms International ( VFF ) shares were up more than 15% after the company said its board approved a $10 million share buyback program.

Escalade (ESCA) stock was 0.9% higher after the company said it acquired Gold Tip, a target archery and crossbow hunting business, from Revelyst.

DraftKings ( DKNG ) said it has entered into a multiyear advertising agreement with NBCUniversal, a subsidiary of Comcast ( CMCSA ) , for exclusive integrations and digital sponsorships across NBCUniversal's sports properties, including premier national coverage. DraftKings ( DKNG ) shares were 0.4% higher premarket.
