Sector Update: Consumer Stocks Mixed Pre-Bell Friday

09:11 AM EDT, 03/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Consumer stocks were mixed pre-bell Friday as the Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund ( XLP ) was down 0.1% and the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund ( XLY ) recently advanced by 1.3%.

RLX Technology ( RLX ) shares were up 4% after the company reported a higher Q4 revenue.

Buckle (BKE) shares were over 5% higher after the company reported lower fiscal Q4 earnings and net sales that still topped analysts' estimates.

Xponential Fitness ( XPOF ) shares fell by more than 28% after the company reported a wider Q4 adjusted net loss amid lower revenue during the period.
