Macy's (M) shares were up more than 15% after the company raised its fiscal 2025 guidance as it reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings and net sales that topped analysts' expectations.
Dollar Tree ( DLTR ) stock was down more than 7% after the company said it expects fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings per share to be "similar" to Q3 2024.
Smithfield Foods ( SFD ) shares were more than 4% lower after the company said its principal shareholder, SFDS UK Holdings, will sell 16 million Smithfield Foods ( SFD ) shares.
