Array Technologies ( ARRY ) shares were 0.9% higher after the company said it agreed to acquire APA Solar in a deal that values APA at roughly $179 million.

Xerox's (XRX) acquisition of Lexmark International was approved by the European Commission, the regulator said. Shares of Xerox were up 0.9% premarket.

3D Systems ( DDD ) shares were down more than 10% after the company said it has entered subscription agreements to issue $92 million of its 5.875% convertible senior secured notes due June 15, 2030.
