SEGG Media Acquires Majority Stake in DotCom Ventures for $10 Million

10:31 AM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SEGG Media (SEGG) said Wednesday that it has completed an acquisition of a 51% stake in DotCom Ventures for $10 million.

DotCom Ventures owns the Concerts.com and TicketStub.com brands, and the acquisition includes all intellectual property and assets related to the brands, SEGG Media said.

SEGG Media added that recruitment was currently underway for industry leaders to scale Concerts.com and TicketStub.com over the next three to six months.
