11:36 AM EST, 01/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SEGG Media (SEGG), formerly Lottery.com ( SEGG ), said Thursday that a US federal court in Florida has dismissed the remaining claims in a legacy lawsuit and ordered the case closed.

In the Wednesday court order, the court partially granted the company's renewed motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and refused to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the defendants' remaining state-law counterclaims, SEGG said.

"The court finds that defendants have failed to identify a sufficient factual or legal error that would warrant reversal of the Magistrate Judge's findings," the court said in its order.

The case was dismissed without prejudice due to lack of subject matter jurisdiction, the court added.

Shares of SEGG Media rose nearly 3% in recent trading.
