SelectQuote Closes $350 Million Investment From Private Equity Firms

05:38 PM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SelectQuote ( SLQT ) said Monday it closed a $350 million investment from funds managed by Bain Capital, Morgan Stanley Private Credit, and Newlight Partners.

The company used $260 million of proceeds to pay down a term loan and has more than $100 million of available liquidity.

As part of the transaction, SelectQuote ( SLQT ) appointed Chris Wolfe from Bain Capital Insurance and Srdjan Vukovic from Newlight Partners to its board.
