SelectQuote Rejects US Justice Department Allegations Regarding Medicare Advantage Industry

09:14 AM EDT, 05/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SelectQuote ( SLQT ) said Friday it "firmly rejects" allegations made in a US Department of Justice complaint that was filed last week against various participants in the Medicare Advantage industry.

The company said it believes the allegations are incorrect as they misrepresent the overall industry and its business model.

SelectQuote ( SLQT ) said it has been cooperating with the DOJ since 2022 as previously disclosed and that it will defend itself against the allegations.

Shares of SelectQuote ( SLQT ) were up about 2.5% in recent pre-market activity.
