SenesTech to Implement 1-for-10 Reverse Split of Common Stock; Shares Fall

11:49 AM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SenesTech ( SNES ) said Tuesday it is set to implement a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its common shares, effective after market close on Wednesday.

The shares will start trading on a split-adjusted basis at market open on Thursday, the company added.

SenesTech ( SNES ) said the reverse stock split was approved by its shareholders at its annual meeting on July 11.

Shares of the company fell more than 8% in recent trading.

Price: 0.49, Change: -0.05, Percent Change: -8.64
