11:24 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sensata Technologies Holding ( ST ) said Thursday its subsidiary Sensata Technologies ( ST ) is planning to fully redeem all $700 million of its 5% senior notes due 2025.

The redemption is scheduled for July 15 at a redemption price equal to 100% of the outstanding notes, plus the applicable premium and accrued interest.

Shares of Sensata Technologies ( ST ) were down more than 1% in recent trading.
