SentinelOne Swings to Fiscal Q1 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rises; Cuts Fiscal Year Revenue Guidance

04:48 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SentinelOne ( S ) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $0.02 per diluted share, compared with break-even a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.02.

Revenue for the quarter ended April 30 was $229 million, up from $186.3 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $228.4 million.

For fiscal Q2, the company expects a revenue of $242 million. Analysts are looking for $244.9 million.

For fiscal 2026, the company currently projects a revenue of $996 million to $1 billion, down from the prior guidance of $1.007 billion to $1.012 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting $1.01 billion.

In addition, the board authorized a $200 million share repurchase program.

Shares were down more than 12% in recent after-hours activity.
