09:26 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SentinelOne ( S ) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire Prompt Security in a cash and stock deal.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Prompt Security helps enterprises to monitor and control generative AI use in real time, offering protection against data leakage, prompt injection, and model abuse, the company said.

The deal is expected to close in Q3 of SentinelOne's ( S ) fiscal year 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
