07:44 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sharc International Systems ( INTWF ) over the holiday weekend announced its intention to complete a non-brokered private placement of secured convertible debentures with a principal amount of up to $1.5 million.

A statement noted the debenture is secured against all present and after acquired assets of the company.
