04:14 AM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shell (SHEL) said Monday it has tightened its Q2 production outlook for integrated gas and LNG businesses, warning that trading and optimization is expected to be "significantly lower" than Q1.
The company said LNG production is now expected to be between 6.4 million and 6.8 million tons, and integrated gas output is expected to be 900,000 to 940,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
The oil and gas firm previously expected Q2 LNG production of between 6.3 million and 6.9 million tons, with gas output previously anticipated at 890,000 to 950,000 boe/d.
Shell also said it increased the lower end of its Q2 upstream production forecast to 1.66 million boe/d from 1.56 million previously.
Shell's Q2 results will be released on July 31, it said.
