Shift4 Payments in Talks to Buy Worldline's North American Subsidiaries

05:29 PM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shift4 Payments ( FOUR ) said late Tuesday it has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire Bambora Inc., Bambora Holding, Bambora Corp., and Worldline SMB US, the North American subsidiaries of Worldline.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The proposed deal is expected to close in Q1 of 2026, pending customary approvals, Shift4 said.

Shares of Shift4 were down 1.7% in after-hours activity.
