09:42 AM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Shift4 Payments ( FOUR ) said Monday it has launched Pay with Crypto, allowing businesses worldwide to accept cryptocurrency for e-commerce and point-of-sale transactions.

The service supports various cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and US Dollar Coin, and payments will be automatically converted to US dollars for settlement, Shift4 said.

The new feature, which was built with Mesh providing secure account linking, will be launched in stages across its products and business segments, Shift4 said.
