01:49 PM EDT, 10/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Signet Jewelers ( SIG ) said in a regulatory filing Monday that Chief Digital Innovation Officer Oded Edelman will step down by Feb. 1, 2025.

Edelman, who also serves as president of Digital Banners, will be succeeded by Corinne Bentzen at Digital Banners, starting Nov. 4, the company said, adding Edelman will provide certain transition related services to support Bentzen.

Bentzen was most recently the chief executive of The Company Store, a division of Home Depot ( HD ) , according to Signet.

Signet Jewelers ( SIG ) shares were down 3% in recent trading.
