Signet Jewelers Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Sales Flat; Fiscal 2027 Outlook Set

07:23 AM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Signet Jewelers ( SIG ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $6.25 per diluted share, down from $6.62 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $6.11.

Sales for the quarter ended Jan. 31 were $2.35 billion, almost unchanged from a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.35 billion.

For fiscal Q1, the company expects sales of $1.53 billion to $1.57 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.56 billion.

For fiscal 2027, Signet Jewelers ( SIG ) expects adjusted diluted EPS of $8.80 to $10.74 on sales of $6.6 billion to $6.9 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $10.59 and $6.9 billion, respectively.
