07:07 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Silver Viper Minerals ( VIPRF ) over the Canada Day holiday period announced that, "due to strong demand from prospective subscribers", it has upsized its previously announced non-brokered private placement involving up to 12 million units of the company at a price of $0.30 each to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to approximately $3.6 million.

The other terms of the offering, initially announced on June 18, 2025, remain unchanged. The Offering is anticipated to close in a series of tranches, with the first tranche on or about July 10.
