Simply Solventless Q1 Net Income Increases

07:48 AM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Simply Solventless Concentrates ( SSLCF ) on Friday reported higher net income in the first quarter.

Net income surged to $8.4 million, or $0.078 per share, for the three months ended March 31, compared with $0.5 million or $0.010 per share, a year earlier.

Net revenue increased to $9.9 million, compared with $2.3 million a year-ago.

"Our steadfast focus for 2025 is to leverage our portfolio of assets to maximize profitability, cash flow from operations, and balance sheet strength, while achieving a lower cost of capital," said Simply Solventless Chief Executive Jeff Swainson.

The results include the consolidated operations of SSC and its wholly owned units Massive Hash Factory, CannMart, ANC, and Humble.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at $0.20 on Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
