Sintx Technologies Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Listing Rule

12:15 PM EDT, 06/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sintx Technologies ( SINT ) said Wednesday it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Stock Market's minimum bid price requirement for listing.

Despite regaining compliance, Sintx ( SINT ) will be under a one-year "Mandatory Panel Monitor" starting June 11, the company said, adding that Nasdaq will issue a delist determination if its stock price falls below $1 for 30 successive days during this one-year period.

The company's shares were up nearly 7% in recent trading.
