04:27 PM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SITE Centers ( SITC ) said Thursday it has completed the sale of a six-property portfolio to an affiliate of Pine Tree for $495 million prior to closing pro-rations, allocations, and credits.

The company said it kept 93,607 square feet of gross leasable area at three properties for inclusion in the expected spin-off of Curbline Properties.
