Six Flags Entertainment CEO Richard Zimmerman to Step Down

09:23 AM EDT, 08/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Six Flags Entertainment ( FUN ) said Wednesday that Chief Executive and President Richard Zimmerman will step down by year-end 2025.

Zimmerman will continue in his role until the appointment of his successor, the company said, adding that it has started a process to identify its next CEO.

The company's shares were down 12% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
