SKK Prices IPO of 2.5 Million Shares At $4 Per Share

02:26 PM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SKK Holdings said Monday it priced an initial public offering of 2.5 million ordinary shares at $4 per share for $10 million in expected gross proceeds.

The civil engineering services provider said it is selling 1.75 million shares while the remainder is being offered by selling shareholders. SKK Holdings said it will not receive any proceeds from the shares sold by the selling shareholders.

The company expects its shares to start trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market Tuesday under the "SKK" ticker symbol.

The offering is expected to close on Wednesday, SKK Holdings said.
