10:29 AM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sky Harbour ( SKYH ) said Monday it has completed its acquisition of CloudNine at Camarillo and Sky 805 for about $31 million.

CloudNine is a 120,000-square-foot hangar and office complex while Sky 805 holds related ground leases and fixed-based operator rights.

The company said CloudNine will be rebranded as Sky Harbour Home-Basing campus and Sky 805 will be running the Channel Islands Aviation fixed-based operator and related businesses.

Shares of Sky Harbour ( SKYH ) rose more than 2% in recent trading.
